Special Programs

In addition to our outstanding classroom teachers at Brentwood Science Magnet School, we have a talented and creative art teacher. During art instruction students are exposed to a variety of famous artists and artistic techniques. 

 

Our orchestra teacher works with 3rd - 5th grade students developing their love for music.  Students have the opportunity to play different instruments (flutes, trumpet, trombone, violin) as they prepare for middle school and beyond. 

 

In addition we have two full-time Science Teachers providing every student, in grades kindergarten through fifth grade, with hands-on labs in Earth, Physical, Life and Computer Sciences(Robotics).

 

Our GATE program allows us to meet the unique interests and needs of our gifted students. Throughout the year they have the opportunity to prepare and present special projects to help them remain engaged and excited about learning.

 

All students at BSM have access to an enriching academic experience which allows them to maximize their potential.
